i’ve using sliced seitan in my sandwiches and it is delicious. no need to marinate or anything. here’s the sandwich i’ve having tonight:
Ingredients:
1-2 pieces sliced seitan
1 kale leaf
2 slices tomato
1/4 avocado
onion
2 pickle sandwich slices
1 tbl veganese
2 slices sourdough

Oh my God! This is horrible! upwards of 600 rescued farm animals face euthanasia as the person who owns the land where they live has decided she wants to use it for herself. The sanctuary is now in the middle of a really expensive legal battle they cant afford, trying to save the animals home and lives!

mint chocolate tea
my wife came up with these recently and they have become an almost nightly ritual.
Ingredients:
peppermint tea
1-2 tbls chocolate sauce
1/4 cup almond milk
soy whip cream
peppermint stick
Directions:
make the tea as usual
let it steep for about 5 mins
add the chocolate sauce, peppermint stick and almond milk and stir well
top with soy whip and enjoy
