sneaky taco balls
i made these for my boys a couple of nights ago and they were a huge hit.
Ingredients:
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1/2 cup vegetable puree (i used carrot and tomato this time)
- daiya cheese
- sour cream
- hot sauce
- 1/2 cup vegan ground ‘beef’
Directions:
- preheat the oven as instructed
- unroll the crescent rolls
- combine the ‘meat’ and puree
- place a spoonful of the ‘meat’ and puree mix in the middle of each roll
- top with a sprinkle of cheese and a dash of sour cream and hot sauce
- roll the crescent roll into a ball and place on a baking sheet
- cook for 10 to 12 mins
